A sophisticated and unwavering wine that refuses to follow fads and faithfully reveals the true radiance of fruit and the subtlety of tannins, whilst celebrating the noble beauty of Saint-Émilion.

Well balanced and harmonious mouth. this wine can be aged, showing increasing finesse and bouquet. »

CULTURE

Grape varieties are adapted to soil (argilo-calcaire) and subsoil:
- Merlot 70 %
- Cabernet Sauvignon 15 %
- Cabernet Franc 15 %

With a surface of 16 hectares, our vines have an average age of 30 years.
Vine growth is controlled to ensure a better quality.
Treatments and enrichments are made with natural products, in order to protect our environment.

AGING

Empowered by centuries of tradition and savoir faire in vinification,
we limit our interventions during fermentations and are very keen on keeping our tannins light and subtle.

Following a very specific rotation methodology,
our wine is carefully aged 12 months in French Oak Barrels.

All these meticulous and repeated attentions allow our cuvées to last incredibly well through time and express
the power of the truly immutable sensation of Saint-Émilion wines.
